As a Trades Helper/Labourer you will provide assistance on the job site in a variety of ways. Depending on your experience, you may pick up debris or fill dumpsters, do simple repeat tasks, unload or setup tools, and more.  

As a Skilled Trades Labourer you will be required to have a wide range of skills and not have one particular specialty. For example, you will have the following skill set: paint, repair, and install a variety of jobs.

As a Tile Installer you will handle the prep work, which includes removing the existing surfaces, leveling the surface, installing waterproofing systems, installing the tile, and handle other construction duties. 

As a Carpenter/Framer you will be responsible for building frames for houses, walls, and other structures. You may also be required to install cabinets, trim work, interior doors, and handle other construction duties.

As a Drywall Installer/Finisher you will be responsible for the following:

• Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
• Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
• Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife
• Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
• Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
• Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
• Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
